Welcome to Smart File Recovery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Smart File Recovery mobile application (the “App”) from the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Acceptable Use of the App
Smart File Recovery is a local utility tool designed to help you scan and recover deleted photos, videos, documents, and other files directly from your device’s internal storage or SD card.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code (except where expressly permitted by applicable law).
Use the App to infringe upon intellectual property rights, violate data protection laws, or engage in any illegal activity.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality, security, or performance.
By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or region. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Smart File Recovery on a single mobile device that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us or our licensors. This license does not include any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain consistent and reliable operation of Smart File Recovery, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, technical limitations, or external factors may temporarily affect functionality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature—or the entire App—at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
Your use of the App and any consequences thereof.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including data privacy, copyright, and device usage regulations in your jurisdiction.
Backing up important data before performing recovery operations.
Important: Smart File Recovery is a utility tool, not a data backup or cloud service. It does not guarantee full or successful recovery of deleted files. Recovered files may be incomplete, corrupted, or unrecoverable depending on your device’s storage state, file system, or prior overwrites.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App to improve performance, security, or features. These updates may be installed automatically via Google Play or require your confirmation.
Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to the App and these Terms.
We may also revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted in the App’s description on Google Play or within the App (if feasible). Continued use after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included in or related to Smart File Recovery—including software, graphics, icons, text, layout, and design—is owned by us or licensed to us and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its materials without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not warrant that recovered files will be complete, usable, or free from corruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SMART FILE RECOVERY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
LOSS OF DATA OR FILES
DEVICE MALFUNCTION
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE
INTERRUPTION OF USE OR LOST PROFITS
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using Smart File Recovery at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App—without notice—if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged
