1. Introduction
Welcome to the Clear Swipe application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Clear Swipe regarding the use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. If you are under the age of 17, you are not allowed to use the App.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Description of Services
Clear Swipe keeps your photo album tidy and your phone storage optimized with the daily photo cleanup function. You can swipe left to swiftly delete unnecessary photos and free up precious space. You can aslo wipe right to save the memories that matter most. And if you ever change your mind, the Revert button lets you easily restore any deleted image—because no special moment should ever be lost.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the App for any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of malicious software, fraud, or harassment of other users.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, or other intellectual property laws. Without the express written consent of Clear Swipe, users may not copy, modify, distribute, translate, adapt, publish, sell, or otherwise use this content.
7. Disclaimer
Clear Swipe is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage.
8. Modification and Termination of Service
Clear Swipe reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of China and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that country/region.
10. Complete Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Swipe and supersede all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements and understandings.
